Stolen Identity on Truth Social

Elon is right everyone must be verified

We have the money and power to sue, the person who is posting as us is about to have their ass sued off, but most people don’t have the money or time to fight this kind of abuse online. This is why Elon Musk was buying Twitter works, he sees the abuse of the scams and games people play, and he will make sure this can not happen on Twitter. The problem with Truth Social is we can’t contact them; only our lawyers can do this costs money, and yes, we will spend it and sue the idiot who stole our corporate identity.

We should be able to sue the site itself for not self-governing; this is the problem with section 230. Companies are not responsible for fake information on their sites; now, they claim to be arbiters of truth when, in fact, they are just a dumping ground for lies. If things change, penalties must be written and enforced, and we can not allow the big tech to make money off us while abusing us.

For us, let the lawsuit begin, and hopefully by taking the action of suing the person and Truth Social, we can change the so-called rules of section 230 and big tech forever
